Children under nine must have a responsible adult with them at all times.

Each act must last no more than 5 minutes and this includes props on / props off etc.

Each act will be responsible for organising its own rehearsal schedule  - having said that we do have a few actual dates booked at the Arkenstall Hall for the purpose of organising the running order, technical details and of course the pre requisite full dress rehearsal.

If you are planning on using pre recorded music for your act we will need a copy of this before the first organised rehearsal on the schedule.

We request that the use of bad language is avoided as part of your act.  As this is being advertised as a family event.

Most important enjoy yourselves and the experience. We are anticipating a good response so get your applications in early to avoid being excluded.
